My name is Alexandra Lizarraga. I am 19 years old and a freshman at California State University of Northridge. I am majoring in Business Management. I am interested to learn and study about what women experience in the workplace because I myself am a woman who will one day enter the world of business. I would like to bring awareness to the issues surrounding women in business, so people can recognize the problem and know how to improve in their work environment.
